How do I lose 25 pounds healthily in like 2 weeks?

I am serious I would settle for even 20 or 15 but I want to lose pounds. A good friend of mine is coming down from another state and I never ever see him so I want to look awesome. I can totally stop eating candy and junk food but what else do I have to do? How many cruches? Jumping Jacks? Jogs? Bike Rides? I NEED SERIOUS HELP! ok thats unhealthy how about 5-10 pounds a week

  1. You cannot loose 25 pounds in two weeks.It is unhealthy.You can loose 2 and a half pounds in a week by excercising and drinking a lot of water.Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
  2. You don't. In two weeks, you should not lose more than 5 pounds or so (maybe a little more if you shed some water weight)...an average of 2 pounds a week is considered a healthy rate of loss.
  3. There is no healthy way to lose that much weight in 2 weeks. It is recommended that a person lose between 1 and 2 pounds a week to stay healthy and keep it off. Your friend should accept you for who you are and you should too.
  4. you cant you didnt gainn tat 25 lbs in 2 weeks so youre not going to lose them in 2 weeks sorry to tell you but you can lose weight the health way and feel an lok great just dont drink soda and exercise for 30 min for 6 days of the week good luck hope this helps
  5. Sorry, but thats very, very unhealthy to try to lose 25 lbs in 2 weeks. Be happy if you even lose 5 or 6 lbs in those 2 weeks.You can lose 15 lbs maybe in a month, with very hard work but 10 lbs a month is ideal, losing 2 lbs a week...Eat fruits & veggies, read healthy cookbooks or just search for healthy recipes online, make your own variations or follow it, make a grocery list, go to the store and buy healthy foods than you have to start cooking and you can eat those leancuisine meals too, they also taste good. Start eating whole wheat bread (no white bread, not too much white rice either) take those hoodia pills w/green tea and a multivitamin...no fruit juice either, but you can make your own veggie juice/
  6. Well, personally you really need to start with eating healthy. All you have to do is eat small portions. So lets say you want to eat pasta (loaded with carbs) you don't eat the whole thing because it may go to waste, no you eat until you are satisfied! They way you can tell that you are satisfied is when you say to your self if I eat another 3 more bites I will be full, that's when you stop eating. I am 5.3 at 102 LBS I work out 2 times a week and play volleyball. I say get your self a partner that is committed to want to go to the GYM with you and work out for about 1 hour or 2 a day. You can get results depending on how much weight you want to lose. And if it doesn't hurt when your work out when your done then you aren't working out right. BEST OF LUCK!!! Now get motivated!
  7. Hmmm..... A pound of fat is worth 3500 calories, 25 lbs in two weeks comes out to 6250 calories per day you need to get rid of.... Maybe run 40 miles a day for the next two weeks..... or ride your bike 6 or 7 hours at 20mph every day.......
