Losing pounds and inches in 7 weeks?

Hi there, I am 5,4. and I am 128 pounds. My happy weight is 115 to 117. My aim is to lose 10 pounds in 7 weeks and a couple of inches on my waist and thighs. I plan to workout everyday for an hour- mostly cardio- swimming, eleptical machine or running. I am not too sure if I can eat totally well, but I will try:) Any other recommendations. Is losing 2 inches on hips and thighs and getting flat stomach doable in 7 weeks? Thanks!

  1. stay strong and focused. sounds like you have a good plan. dont give up.
  2. It is very do-able I think, especially if you will be doing that much exercise! If you cant eat that well you should at least drink a lot of water! Try drinking 6 bottles a day! And eat some veggies....munching on baby carrots with salt and pepper and dunking them in a little italian dressing helps me when Im craving a snack! Good luck!!!!
