- Sometimes diet and exercise simply isn't enough, as there will be surplus weight simply sitting around in the insides. It is not body fat, so it can not be burned off, but it will be rinsed out, simply by having a supplement. http://colon-cleanse.uk.to has a risk free offer offered right now, I tried it and shed 17 pounds!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!
- you have the eating thing right just make sure they are well balanced foods that will give you energy to work out and enough protein to maintain the muscle. i think running is the best work out anyone can ever do and yoga is a good way to get warmed up for any type of physical activity, it's not cardio but it helps tone your body. just remember to stretch before and after whatever you do. if you pull a muscle or hurt yourself you'll be discouraged from working out and you might not be successful in losing the weight.
- hey my goal was to lose 30 pounds and i did it easily and healthy without losing any muscles only fat,i used a diet from the net and it was really effective..you can try the same diet if u like, you can lose about 9 lbs every 11 days here it is http://bboybb.4idiots.hop.clickbank.net/
- The colon thing and the fad diets are BS. DO NOT listen to that. Diet and exercise are key. 6 lbs a month is very doable. Do some running and weight lifting. Lifting wieghts will not make you bulky and is a great way to boost your metabolism to burn fat.
- You are only 14. You have plenty of time ahead of you for loosing weight and holidays. I find the best way is to walk once a day and I find swimming good for toning. Plus eat well. Don't starve yourself because that's just silly. Take your time at it. All good things come to those who wait.
- When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
- you need to eat lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef) , low gi fruits (apples, bananas, pineapple, oranges), green veggies (broccoli, celery, green lettuce, spinach), only whole wheat breads (look on the package and she if the first ingredient is whole wheat flour, if it is it should be good unless it has high fructose corn syrup like Mrs Bairds does) Jillian Michaels from biggest loser has a great quote, "before you eat your food ask yourself, does it have a momma or did it come from the ground? if not don't eat it." You need to do a good mix of both cardio and strength training, strength training is not going to make you look like arnold, I promise (unless you are taking test). Toning and building muscle strength will help you lose fat quicker as you will be burning calories all day to feed your muscle tone instead of just while you doing cardio activity and it increases metabolism. Running, walking, rollerblading, swimming are good cardio work outs. You can also get some at home videos. I personally like Gilad's Kick boxing, ten minute solutions videos, shape and woman's health videos. get your self some 5 pound dumbbells or a gym member ship and do bicep curls, push ups, sit ups, squats, dead lifts, lunges, tricep over head extensions, chest presses, shoulder presses, etc. You can do most of this on your own if you just go and buy some free weights, but a gym membership is helpful as well. If you do end up getting a gym membership I would consult a personal trainer (most memberships come with a free session) they can show you what to do and come up with a meal plan for you... Lastly, don't get discouraged, it takes time... you should be losing 2 pounds of fat a week safely, more is not typically safe. but you could gain weight especially if you are gaining muscle. so if you get on the scale and it says you've gain two pounds don't freak out... just look in the mirror and go by how your clothes look and feel on you. hope this helps! email me if you have any other questions!
- Losing weight is actually not that hard, keeping it off in the long term is what causes most people problems. In fact losing weight is not the key to being healthy and happy either. Losing weight is all about changing the way you eat NOT necessarily how much you eat. I tried for years to deal with my weight gain and found it an uphill battle. I read books, bought CDs and even tried joining a gym..arrrgggghhhhhh!!!!! There are so many sites on the internet that seem to pretend that there is an easy answer to weight loss but most of them tell you lies. I read something recently though which changed my mind about a possible answer to rapid weight loss.... Have a look at this it might help :) http://tinyurl.com/88gcyj
