What exercises for the abs are very effective, I need an excercise that well allow me to lose pounds in weeks?

I need to lose 20-30 pounds in 50 days. I also need to know what to eat at school because the food there are natually very high in calories. Is it fine to just have a bottle of water and a hundred calorie snack for lunch, what can i have that is filling but low in calories.

  2. hey you should have healthy popcorn! and look up MUFAs and how people incorporate them in their diets. you should not have those hundred calorie snacks and especially not for lunch. theyre not made out of the best things even though they taste good and are low in calories, and it could spike cravings later. have sandwiches and fruit and salad at school. and always have water on hand! as for ab exercises, try leg lifts, pilates...

  4. pffff..... good luck with that.... i'm sory but it's impossible to do that on ur own....unless ur in a program or somethin, but i think that the regular abs workouts work for ya....and try some machienes...

The plank is meant to be very good for strengthening your core muscles - you lie on your tummy and then lift yourself on your elbows and toes, and stay up as long as you can - i normally last about 30 seconds- because i dont do it often enough to get any better! do that and lots of crunches and a bit of cardio- spinning is very good You need to eat at least 300 calories at lunchtime to sustain your energy levels. if you eat less you will either a) crash and burn in the afternoon/evening and pig out and feel really bad, or b) your body will go into starvation mode and it will hang on to fat, making it harder to lose weight. Try making a sandwich at home and taking it to school. you will not lose 20-30 pounds in 50 days, without seriously compromising your health. they recommend you should lose 1-2 pounds a week for healthym sustainable weight loss, i.e if you lose any more than that, once you start eating normally again it will pile back on. ask yourself, do i want to look good for this party and then gain weight, or do i want to lose weight and keep it off forever!?
