How to lose 25 pounds?
I have absolutely no background as to how to lose weight. i have never been on any diets or gone to the gym b4.. i heard that cardio was a good way to lose weight.. so wat kind of cardio exercises should i do? n wat kind of foods should i eat and wat i shouldnt eat..

- Dont eat fried food or drink soda...running, walking, and stairsteppers are all good for exercises.
- Jog or run for 10 minutes then walk for 5 minutes then increase speed again.... this speeds up your metabolism and makes you lose weight faster. Ive tried so many diets that basically you should just portion your food, lay off the fast food and junk food! Salads are good, grilled chicken and broccoli, sometimes i get a grilled chicken wrap from KFC its filling and delicious. Just stay away from fried foods, i also eat a lot of soups, like PRogresso and tv dinners like Smart ones which are really good!

- hi sweetheart! i am weighing 150lbs wayback august 2008... from that month, i became so conscious about my figure so i started to do the following to lose weight: * daily jogging (4-5km) * quaker oats at breakfast (as it is the best) * stop eating chocolates and foods with high in cholesterol * eat only 3x a day (at night, don't eat rice but bread instead) * drink 8-10 glasses of water a day * have 7 to 8 hours of sleep not exceeding to 9hrs. that is what i do for a month!!! then by month sept., i lose 8lbs. i continually do it till december, i lose more than 28lbs. less effort but trully effective! (consult a doctor too!)

- Cardio is amazing! I highly recommend DDR. I have tried it myself, after reading up about it I was convinced that its the best out there. I lost 20 pounds pretty fast playing daily. Its addictive too, and cheaper to obtain than a year at a gym, or buying a treadmill.
- [simply- these are what you should try to cut out of your diet if they are part of it:] -soda -junk food *trust me on this one! if you cut soda and junk food out of your diet you can loose A LOT of weight! my friend did this and he told me he lost about 15 or 20 lbs!! Doing these things everyday, or about every day for adlest 20mins., even if its only one of these things, can proably be easy to fit into your schedule and will keep your heart, body, and mind much healthier and less stress. i call it "walking off the weight and worries : ) " - WATER!! this is probably the most important contributer to a healthier body.- just 2 to 3 cups of water during morning, afternoon and evening will definatly improve your health and weight loss because it clears out all of the toxins in our bodies from the food we eat so our metabolic system doesnt have to do all of the work trying to clear them out, which gives you better digestion. it even can lead to clearer, healthier, skin! -fruits and veggies: -fruits: these can easliy be eaten since there are tons of fruits that are delicious and they are mostly everywhere you can look. Apples, oranges, mangos, bananas, kewis, and pears are just a few to name. just a little friut here and there will give you the vitamins you need so you can live a healthier and stronger life. also even a smoothie, yogurt, or B.L.T sandwich or sub, here and there will also be a big improvement to a better diet! -veggies: steamed brocoli and spinach, with potatoes and corn is a side dish that is very delicious- while giving you the nutrients and vitamins you need to function better daily . the greener the better! Vegetables arent to hard to add into your diet eaither. they can easily be found in your local supermarket. And things like salad are a good source of vegetables -More seep: DEFINATLY something your body needs! -Stretches: gradually going into the habbit of stretching and deep breathing is a very good help too. i like getting up in the morinings and making up my own stretches (just as long as its stretching you somewhat lol) and doing each one for about 20 seconds. Doing stretches for about 10, 15, 20 minutes or 30 if you have the time (even a little bit of time will really help!) , to wake you up at the begining of the day or realx you at the end of the day- it will put you at ease and your body and mind will thank you a lot for it. here are some to start you off-- http://exercise.about.com/cs/flexibility/l/blstretch.htm I also recomend to sort of slowly trasition into these things because if you set to big of a goal it can be harder to reach.
