How Can I Lose 2-3 pounds a week?

Ok I'm a 12 year old who is 5ft.0in.Is it possible for mi to lose 2-3 pounds a week.If so please help me I Can't stand not fitting in my own clothes.

  5. Your not saying what you weigh........you may need the weight for your next stage of growth........it's simple in your case, just eat less, and walk or jog........any exercise will help. Cut the sugar in half and drink some more water and what ever you eat now, eat 1/2 that big of portion for a while. Stop the head in the refer trick:) Have a merry xmas and a nice new year.
