How can you lose 74 pounds in 1 and a half years?

I need all the help i can get.....

  3. Go to a registered dietitian and follow your customized meal plan. Also, join a gym and work out for at least an hour every other day. A combination of weightlifting and cardio is great. If you follow this advice you will lose one to two pounds a week. A year and a half is plenty of time. It will be hard work and you will need to change your lifestyle. There are no quick fixes.

  5. First and most importantly u will need 3 days of 30 mins cardio each week and jogging outside is the best because it is all u and not a trad mill running for u. It's best to only do three days of 30 mins of cardio a week because that way u do not over stress yourself and give up easy but if its just 30 mins three times a week it aint too much and u can keep it consistent which is key so i recommended doing that every other day and 2 days off. In between the cardio days light weight training is essentials and a 20 gram protein shake immediately after your cardio and weights is vital and don't eat for at least an hour after your work out. Secondly do not starve yourself eat clean 4 small meals everyday then cheat once in a while and i don't recommend having a cheat day but just be disciplined and cheat here and there but no pigging out not even on holidays. Forget u ever knew these foods at all completely get used to not having them and after a month u will adjust trust me which means no soda at all what so ever none. No beer! No fried food! No wings (just like eating fat) Avoid red meat pizza too if possible if u can't minimize it. U will need to drink as much water as u can to try get to at least a gallon a day it's hard but u get used to it. No carbs after 8 pm if u can that will get weight off fast and try eating light for lunch like a sandwich everyday something small salads fruit etc. Oatmeal for breakfast and a scoop of whey protein in between breakfast and lunch too as a snack. Green tea is very vital at least 2 cups a day because it gets rid of water weight and jacks up your metabolism too. Stick to no more than 2000 cals a day if u can this is if u are not over excercising. If u get off track don't give up just start over that's the biggest mistake pple make and sometimes like once every 3 months or so take a week off or so that way u keep focused and don't get bored that's how i lost 100 pounds and have a six pack which the ladies cant keep their hands off. Good luck!!!!! Remember drinking the water and green tea are very vital because even when u eat bad on the days u get off track green tea will help process that junk u ate fast and the water to flush.
