  1. Do a colon cleanse or whole body cleanse.
  2. start eating special K and working out i swear it works i lost like..8 pounds;)
  3. I lost like 5 pounds in a week just by doing 100 sit ups in the morning and 100 in the night. Eat less meat also, I used to be a vegetarian and lost tons of weight. Just make sure you still get protein by eating things like peanut butter and such :]
  4. Join slimming world. The first week I joined, I lost 6 pounds, and I was NEVER hungry, and I was allowed a chocolate a day and a mcdonalds at the end of the week. And as for exercise, situps, punches, kicks...anything that makes you sweat. Or, simply cutting crap out of your diet can help vastly. good luck x
  5. carry around a cup all day and spit in it. it sounds gross, but you can lose up to a pound a day spitting out all your saliva instead of swallowing it. but do keep yourself hydrated.
