Lose pounds and inches

How do I lose ten to twenty pounds?

I am interested in losing ten to twenty pounds, preferebly by then end of may into summer. Do you know how long it would take? I do not want to starve myself so no comments like that please. What are good exercises? I would like to work on strength, speed, and flexibility. Please comment. Thanks!

Well it would probably take 2 months starting today to lose 16 pounds...by doing cardio and only eating 1500 calories....and since you like strenght...work on strength training 4x a week...speed...do running everyday for 45 minutes...and do yoga twice a week....buy some dvds at target!!! and for sure you'll lose weight...

  4. Okay this works drink at least a gallon a day and don't go more than 2000 calories a day and your good to go!
  5. weight training is great becasue it adds muscle and burns fat, but you will put on weight as muscle weighs more than fat. you will just have to judge by your waistline. do an overall body workout, focus on your problme areas a little more. however, for cardio, i love the elliptical - it is smooth and easy on the knees. however, 20 pounds by the summer is extremely hard. don't just do it to get into your swimsuit or whatever, do it as al ife change and keep it up after you hit your goal. rtemember that health an fitness is something you need to work on for life - don't let that intimidate you. good luck.
  6. Cut out sugars- especially soda! Drink lots of water and just that will make a difference itself. Start doing some cardio... personally i love yoga. it sounds pretty lame, but its seriously hardcore lol
