  1. You basically have nothing to blame except your poor willpower. If you want to lose weight, stop eating cookies and ice cream. It's as simple as that... Try making a big batch of steamed vegetables, and make yourself eat those every time you get hungry. Also, some people disagree but fasting is a guaranteed way to lose weight, and it's actually healthy for you in certain ways. Great for cleansing your body. Do some research.
  2. dont stop eating! its the eating healthier is what you should do you can have A cookie not a box of cookies so maybe you cant stop eating let say that..so just excersise more (=
  3. buy a candy bar and a treadmill then go into ur basement for about a month and you'll be just as thin as can be lol but really you can just work off more then you eat.
  4. You don't want to stop eating. If you do, you'll lose at first, but then gain it all back and more when you eat again. And you'll likely binge from hunger/kill your metabolism. BAD idea. You have to be patient. You didn't get "fat" overnight, you won't lose it overnight either, but if you want to keep it off FOREVER, you have to go slowly, and safely. If junk is in your house, stop buying it!!! You can't eat what you don't see! Try having some self-control. Don't eat when you aren't hungry. The first thing you could do without even changing the food you eat is to cut your portions in half. That alone would probably cause you to lose a few pounds. You also need to exercise. You MUST. You have to build muscle mass - it burns more calories at rest than fat cells, and speeds up your metabolism overall. Eat healthy foods. You know what they are (whole wheats, lean proteins, fruits/veggies). Stack up on them. And drink LOTS of water.
  5. first off you dont want to stop eating cause its just gonna make it harder to lose wait and then after you lose the wait you would gain it all back or die of anerexia. what i did was i made my portions smaller and started working out every day. you can still eat coockies and stuff like that just instead of eating two or three eat one.
  6. Do a lot of activity and stay up to 2AM
  7. Sounds like you have a willpower problem. Try talking to your parents and tell them not to make desert every night (once a week MAX, if you really can't go without cookies). Tell them to stop buying ice cream too. It's much easier say no to ice cream if it's not in front of your face. Buy the book in the link. It's not some fat diet, it's not some looney new age crap, it's a scientific book regarding how to lose fat and keep it off. To lose fat: 1.DON'T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! 2.Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than you normally do (DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!) 3. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. 4.Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. 5.Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don't worry, you won't look like the hulk if you lift weights. 6.You should lose about 1-2lbs per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass. 7.Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements. 8. Be patient and be smart.
  8. When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
  9. simple answer, STOP EATING LIKE A PIG U FATTY. just DO A CALORIE INTAKE? suppose u eat 2000 calories a day right?? u burn of 2000 calories a day just by doing nothing, so instead of e3ating 2000 calories, eat 1500, then the rest of the 500 calories will burn off sice u do not replace it with fat.. and just fit a little walking everyday 3 times around ur neighborhood, or do 10 pushups 3 times a day.
  10. Wait a minute! A few extra pounds never hurt anyone and in spite of what you see in magazines, guys don't really prefer skinny women. So many women stress out over those "problem pounds" but they wouldn't be there if your body didn't need them. Look, just start eating healthy, drinking more water, and being more active. You'll start feeling better and you'll start being happier with how you look. Excercise programs and diets are just a bunch of garbage to take your money! The best way to stay healthy is to include enough physical activity in your everday life to burn all the calories you eat. Take care!
  11. They key to weight loss is NOT to count calories! Although most people think a certain number of calories is bad, that simply isn’t true. Calories are units of measurement—for energy! And the more energy you have, the faster your metabolism is! More important than watching calories is watching what’s in them. For instance, 1000 calories of protein will give you lots of energy, and will all be burned as you digest it. However 100 calories of fat will just stay on you like a little dorito-sized lump of lard. Plus, eating fewer calories will slow down your metabolism, so when you do eat something bad for you, your body won’t be used to digesting it. Instead of digesting it, it will just be absorbed as fat. So, believe it or not, eating 2,500 calories a day worth of protein is healthier and more conducive to weight loss than eating 1000 calories a day worth of fat, carbs, sugars, and other bad stuff. Lus, the fewer calories you have, the less energy you have to work out!
  12. the answer to all your fat problems is "MONA VIE" this stuff actually works... i was 230 last months and today im 209... im still big but i just started... I take it every morning and night and it helps me with the urges ... hope you look it up
  13. Congratulations! You have taken the first step of dealing with it. Owning up is a powerful thing. Second, you can stop eating bad things. Activity worked for me and change to friends that are very active. Try to keep up and don;t get discouraged. Fortunately you are probably young so you can adapt to an active lifestyle. Start fidgeting....thats right. see this below http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/6725107.stm
