- I don't think it's possible to make yourself shrink O.o. Just be try and be happy with your height =), and avoid high heels if you don't want to be tall ;)

- That's a good question. When advising people in their exercise programs I always ask if they are trying to lose fat or lose weight. They don't realize there is a difference. You can lose fat while losing inches in your waist line without losing weight. The key is through heart rate training. There are various ways to determine your heart rate zones and to find specifically what your "fat burning" zone is. Endurance training at a low heart rate or "fat burning" zone will help you lose inches while maintaining your current weight.
