How can I lose 20 pounds and lose like two inches off my waist line and have a bigger chest?

  4. is this a joke question? if not - losing that much weight in a matter of a week or two is extremely dangerous and is not healthy - if you want to lose weight - eat healthily and exercise - by bigger chest i am guessing that you mean your breasts - usually when you lose weight your breasts get smaller because they are fat tissue
  5. Diet and exercise will help loose the weight. If you are a male and wanting to keep you pectorals large I suggest a lot of pressing with weights such as bench press. if you are a female...it's fairly hard to keep your breasts large while trying to loose weight because they are mainly fatty tissue. Surgery or padded bras are a good answer. Good luck!
  6. Well 20lbs in 2 weeks is a little much.Maybe 10 would be safe.Get regular exercise,drink lots of water,stick to like a 1600 calorie diet.Worked for me!
