When you do crunches regularly, will you only lose inches, or also pounds?
I know when you do crunches you lose inches, and it would appear you lost weight. But I've lost inches and not pounds by doing crunches before. However, I haven't stuck with it long enough to see if I would lose weight. Would I lose weight if I did them regularly?

- Only inches I think. Unless you change your diet too. :) I did do crunches every day once, but they didn't show before I lost my belly fat, so eat healthy.
