I've been excersizing lately and I can tell I'm getting more fit and I've lost a few pounds but I'm pretty much staying where I'm at. I want to know not really the fastes way to lose weight, cause I know I might gain muscle and that will keep my weight up. I want to know how to lose INCHES really fast. I'm willing to work for it so let me know of any good excersizes or websites and good food to eat. If it's any help, I mostly want to lose on my thighs, my butt and lower stomach, I need to lose at least 3 inches on all those areas. Thanks!
