How can I lose 15 pounds pounds in about 2 months? I need to lose about 15-20 pounds in 2 months. I'm just a couple of pounds overweight but would like to be in the 120's at least, with a flatter stomach, smaller thighs, firmer butt, etc. Yall get the point. Any tips on how I can reach this goal?
